ND University System Launches Internal Review of Records

NORTH DAKOTA ( KXNET — Officials from the North Dakota University System (NDUS) have initiated an internal examination of documents to determine whether there were any breaches of policies or laws or instances where misconduct was not reported.

These revelations follow the release of documents over the weekend concerning former Senator Ray Holmberg’s decades-long sexual misconduct toward underage individuals.

A statement issued on Wednesday by the North Dakota University System mentioned, "some individuals who were formerly linked to our institutions or board might have been involved in the criminal probe concerning ex-Senator Holmberg. We plan to take a thorough and meticulous approach, and our internal examination will cover all aspects extensively."
